Jiangxi Xinxiangsheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. officially celebrated the grand opening of its shipyard and the commencement of operations on August 1, 2025, marking an important milestone in the development of the shipbuilding industry along the Yangtze River.

Guests toured the shipyard’s key facilities, including the 50,000-ton dry dock, deep-water outfitting berth, production workshops, and supporting infrastructure. Strategically located along the Yangtze River, the shipyard enjoys excellent logistical advantages and direct access to domestic and international shipping routes.
Covering approximately 240,000 square meters, the shipyard is designed to achieve an annual shipbuilding capacity of 200,000 DWT, supporting the construction of a wide range of commercial and specialized vessels.
Official Launch Marks the Beginning of a New Journey
The opening ceremony officially marked the start of Xinxiangsheng Shipbuilding’s operations. During the event, company management outlined the shipyard’s vision and long-term development strategy.
As a comprehensive private shipbuilding enterprise integrating vessel design, construction, repair, and international trade, Xinxiangsheng Shipbuilding holds Class A Grade II shipbuilding qualifications and has successfully completed CCSC certification. The company has accumulated extensive experience in the construction of product tankers, chemical tankers, offshore vessels, and other specialized ship types for unrestricted navigation.
A highlight of the ceremony was the official commencement of the shipyard’s first new energy vessel project, symbolizing the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and advanced shipbuilding technologies.
