Jiangxi Xinxiangsheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. officially celebrated the grand opening of its shipyard and the commencement of operations on August 1, 2025, marking an important milestone in the development of the shipbuilding industry along the Yangtze River.

Jiangxi Xinxiangsheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. proudly celebrated the successful launching ceremony of the LNG-powered inland cargo vessel "POHU JIYUN 6", built for Nanchang Poyang Lake Shipping Co., Ltd.
The vessel has an overall length of 119.80 meters, a beam of 21.80 meters, and a depth of 8.60 meters. Designed to operate on China's inland waterways, the vessel adopts LNG clean-energy propulsion technology, contributing to lower emissions and improved environmental performance while supporting the development of green shipping.
The shipyard covers approximately 240,000 square meters and is designed to support the construction of product tankers, chemical tankers, offshore vessels, and other commercial ship types.
The agreement, signed through an online ceremony, covers a "4+4" vessel construction program, including 7,999 DWT oil/chemical tankers and 1,360 DWT product tankers. The project represents a major step forward in the long-term cooperation between the two companies and further strengthens Xinxiangsheng Shipbuilding's presence in the international tanker market.
